Élixir Maison ("the maison", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of every visitor and client. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Payment information, processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider — we never store full card details on our servers.
- Order history and edition preferences.
- Technical data such as browser type, IP address and how you arrived at our site.
How we use it
We use the information we collect to:
- Fulfil your orders, ship your edition, and provide customer support.
- Send a single notice when a new edition opens, only if you have asked us to.
- Improve our site and the maison's offering.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing.
Your rights

Retention
We hold order records for the period required by tax and accounting law (currently ten years in France). Subscription details are held until you ask us to remove them.
