These terms govern your use of elixir.maison and any purchase made from Élixir Maison de Parfumerie ("the maison", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.
The maison
Élixir Maison de Parfumerie is a société par actions simplifiée registered in Paris, France, under SIREN [number to be inserted], with VAT number [TVA]. Our atelier is at 14 rue de la Roquette, 75011 Paris.
Editions & orders
Each edition is composed in limited number and identified by a sealed lot number. When the edition is sold out, the maison does not reissue it. Orders are accepted subject to availability.
A contract of sale is formed when we send a written confirmation of dispatch. Until that point, we may decline an order without obligation — for instance, if there is an error in the price displayed or if the edition has sold out since the order was placed.
Price & payment
Prices are shown in Euros and include all applicable taxes for the European Union. For orders outside the EU, the price displayed excludes import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Payment is taken at the moment of dispatch.
Delivery
Each edition is hand-finished, numbered, and wax-sealed before dispatch. Standard delivery within the EU is complimentary on orders above €280 and typically arrives within five working days. Delivery outside the EU is calculated at checkout.
Returns
You may return an unopened edition within fourteen days of receipt for a full refund, less the cost of return shipping. Once the wax seal is broken, the fragrance is considered used and is non-returnable, in line with French consumer law for sealed cosmetic goods (Article L221-28 of the Code de la consommation).
Intellectual property
The Élixir name, the maison's marks, the wax seal motif, all imagery and editorial copy on this site are the property of Élixir Maison and are protected under French and international copyright. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Liability
Each fragrance is composed under IFRA guidelines. Allergen disclosure is available on request. The maison is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of a fragrance, save where excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of France. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of Paris, save where mandatory consumer protection rules apply in the buyer's country of residence.
